The Architectural Review Process

The Forty Niners Country Club Estates CC&Rs require any owner planning any EXTERNAL change, addition or additional structure (i.e. garage, storage shed, ramada) to their home to submit a plan of the proposed changes to the Forty Niners Independent Architectural Review Agent:

Each request must include a check in the amount $100 made out to Francie Hilkemeyer along with the Architectural Submittal Form, and a drawing of your proposed changes showing all relevant information (site plan with setbacks, elevations, materials to be used, etc.).  We highly recommend you review the attached CC&R Document in its entirety prior to planning your changes.  If you have any questions, please contact the Architectural Committee Chairperson, Anthony Mastrangelo, at 907-6156.
